PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee coating machine attached with a levee arranging body arranging the levee, wherein a levee upper surface arranging part of the levee arranging body and arranging the upper surface of the levee is made surely pressing the levee upper surface to give high endurance against injuries.
SOLUTION: The levee coating machine includes a levee slope arranging part 2 arranging the slope of a levee 70 by rotation around a shaft, and a levee arranging body 1 having a levee upper surface arranging part 3 connected to the axial direction chip end part of the levee slope arranging part 2 and rotating therewith to arrange the upper surface 70a of the levee 70, wherein the levee upper surface arranging part 3 is formed with a multangular cylindrical element 31 and plural elastic blade plates 32 laid over the side surface of the cylindrical element 31 and connected, with spaces, in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical element 31 and the plural blade plates 32 are put on a situation covering the surface of the cylindrical element 31 as a whole.
