PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming detergent which is environmentally friendly, safe and has excellent detergency by using a large amount of liquid natural fats and oils, which are highly polar and are capable of dissolving various stains, in order to meet a demand in recent years for a detergent for body cleaning, which is environmentally friendly, highly safe, excellent in detergency, capable of removing hard-to-fall stains such as silicone, and having good foaming property, and to solve a problem of a detergent using oil and fats, solvents etc. for the purpose of, as is well known, enhancing detergency that use thereof generally results in an extreme decrease in foaming.SOLUTION: Soaps obtained from liquid fats and oils and alkyl ether carboxylates are widely known as safe, environmentally friendly detergents with high detergency. However, they are inferior to other foaming agents in foaming property and salt resistance. The present invention was made based on the findings that, in a specific blending region of alkyl ether carboxylates and alkyl dimethyl aminoacetic acid betaines, foaming and detergency are excellent even if a large amount of liquid natural fats and oils is used and that, even if a soap obtained from liquid fats and oils is used in combination, foaming does not deteriorate and, furthermore, even when more liquid fats and oils are blended, excellent foaming can be maintained by using the detergent composition in combination with sucrose fatty acid ester, alkyl glucoside, etc.【課題】 近年、身体に関わる洗浄剤は環境に優しく、安全性が高く、洗浄力に優れ、シリコーンなどの落ち難い汚れも落とす洗浄剤が望まれている。またこのような洗浄剤では泡の立つ事が望ましい。洗浄力を強めるために、油脂類、溶剤などを使用する事が良く知られる所であるが、これらを使用すると泡立ちが極端に低下するのが通例である。天然油脂類は極性が高く、各種の汚れを溶解する能力を有することから、液状の油脂類を多く使用して、環境に優しく、安全で、優れた洗浄力を有した、泡立つ洗浄剤が望まれている。【解決手段】 液状の油脂類から得られる石鹸、及びアルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩は安全性に優れ、環境に優しく、洗浄力の高い洗浄剤として広く知られている。しかし他の起泡剤に比べ、起泡性、耐塩性に劣っている。アルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩とアルキルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタインとの特定の配合領域で、液状の天然油脂を多く使用しても、泡立ち、洗浄力に優れている事を見出し、液状の油脂類から得られる石鹸を併用しても泡立ちが落ちることなく、更に液状の油脂類を更に多く配合した場合でも
