PURPOSE: A method for inducing the hibernation-like state of non-hibernated animals is provided to be used for long distance traffic of animals. CONSTITUTION: A method for inducing the hibernation-like state of non-hibernated animals is as follows. Low metabolism and low hypothermia are induced by injecting a hibernation inducing agent to non-hibernation animals. A continued dormant state is maintained by injecting hibernation inducing agent one time or more. A wakening state is made by stopping the injection of the hibernation inducing agent.본 발명은 비동면성 동물의 가동면 유도방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 동면유도물질을 투여하여 휴면시키는 휴면 단계； 및 동면유도물질을 투여하지 않고 각성시키는 각성 단계를 포함하는 인간을 제외한 비동면성 동물의 가동면 유도방법은 뇌 세포 보호활동에는 지장을 주지 않고도 장기간 휴면 상태로 생존 가능하므로, 동물의 긴급 구호 처치 또는 장거리 수송 시 매우 유용하다.
