The systemincludes a polymer collector having a predefined pattern, wherein thecollector is charged at a firstpolarity, and a spinneret configured to dispense a polymer, wherein thespinneret is charged at a secondpolarity substantially opposite the first polarity such that polymer dispensedfrom the spinneret forms aplurality of fibers on the predefined pattern of the fiber collector.
