The invention relates to a cosmetic or dermatological composition in the form of an oil-in-water nanoemulsion, characterised in that it comprises a lipophilic phase (a) comprising at least one hydrocarbonated oil comprising at least one isoparaffin, and at least one cycloalkane, an emulsifying system (b) comprising at least one non-ionic emulsifier, and an aqueous phase (c), where the ratio between the lipophilic phase (a) and the emulsifying system (b) is higher than, or equal to, 0.5 in terms of weight.Composition cosmétique ou dermatologique sous forme d'une nano-émulsion huile-dans- eau caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une phase lipophile (a) qui comprend au moins une huile hydrocarbonée comprenant au moins une isoparaffine, et au moins un cyclo-alcane, un système émulsionnant (b) comprenant au moins un émulsionnant non ionique, une phase aqueuse (c) et dont le rapport entre la phase lipophile (a) / le système émulsionnant (b) est supérieur ou égal à 0,5 en poids.
