The present invention relates to a three-dimensional intraoral scanning apparatus for taking digital images by processing a two-dimensional image, obtained by photographing a subject having an intraoral three-dimensional shape, into a three-dimensional image. The three-dimensional intraoral scanning apparatus comprises: a pattern mask for converting incident parallel light into structural light a piezoelectric plate for generating mechanical vibration in a surface thereof through the applied alternating current voltage and a power unit for applying the alternating current voltage to the piezoelectric plate, wherein the piezoelectric plate moves the pattern mask in a longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric plate through mechanical vibration generated in the surface thereof. According to the present invention, the intraoral scanning apparatus has an advantage in that less noise and vibration are generated by moving the pattern mask through an electric method.
