To replace the ascending and the aortic arch, any diameter-optimal linear or multi-jaw prosthesis that connects to the vascular endoprosthesis with a soft elephant trunk for hybrid treatment of thoracic aortic dissection using the proximal end, represented by a 50 mm vascular prosthesis fragment, can be used.
