Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ventilklappen (1) zum Bilden eines Giessmaschinenventils (100), insbesondere zum Einbau in eine Giessmaschine zum Giessen einer fliessfähigen Masse, insbesondere einer flüssigen Masse mit suspendierten Feststoff-Partikeln, wie z.B. Schokolade, bei der typischerweise Kakao-Partikel und Zucker-Partikel in einer Kakaobutter und mehr oder weniger Milchfett aufweisenden, geschmolzenen Fettmasse suspendiert sind. Die Ventilklappe ist derart gestaltet, dass mit mindestens einem weiteren Ventilelement, insbesondere aus mindestens zwei, bevorzugt gleichartigen, Ventilklappen (1), ein Ventil bildbar ist.Valve, preferably for mounting in a casting machine, comprises at least two, preferably similar valve flaps (1) comprising at least one flap region (3) and preferably a neck region (2).
