FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for placement in ear canal and, in particular, to such devices which are self-adjusting and are used for sound optimisation, such as reduction of noise and (or) acoustic amplification. Self-adjusting device for placement in ear canal contains first end part, connected with second end part, and pusher. First end part can be placed in ear canal, closer to tympanic membrane than second end part. First end part includes first elastic bubble. Second end part includes second elastic bubble. First chamber with flowing medium is formed in first bubble and is isolated from environment outside device. Second chamber with flowing medium is formed in second elastic bubble and is isolated from environment outside device. Second elastic bubble is connected with first elastic bubble via connection of second chamber with first chamber. First elastic bubble can deform between initial position and "in ear" position and into position of insertion, so that first elastic bubble has first area of transverse section in initial position, second area of transverse section in "in ear" position and third area of transverse section in position of insertion. First area of transverse section is larger than second area of transverse section. Second area of transverse section is larger than third area of transverse section. Second elastic bubble can deform in such a way that deformation of second elastic bubble causes movement of liquid from second chamber in direction of first chamber and causes deformation of first elastic bubble from initial position in position of insertion before placement of device in ear canal. Pusher is in connection with first and second chambers, so that deformation of second elastic bubble performs pressure on pusher, causing movement of pusher from second chamber and contributes to deformation of first elastic bubble.
