Described is a vaccine for prevention and treatment of cancer characterized by microsatellite instability (MSI). The vaccine contains an MSI-specific frameshift peptide (FSP) generating humoral and cellular responses against tumor cells or a nucleic acid encoding said FSP. The vaccine of the present invention is particularly useful for the prevention/treatment of colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, gastric cancer or small bowel cancer.L'invention concerne un vaccin utilisé pour la prévention et le traitement du cancer caractérisé par une instabilité des microsatellites (MSI). Le vaccin contient un peptide à déphasage (FSP) MSI-spécifique générant des réponses humorales et cellulaires dirigées contre les cellules tumorales ou un acide nucléique codant ledit FSP. Le vaccin selon l'invention est particulièrement utile pour prévenir et/ou traiter le cancer colorectal, le cancer de l'endomètre, le cancer de l'estomac ou le cancer de l'intestin grêle.
