PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of medicine-containing particles which is capable of obtaining medicine-containing particles in which an odor derived from a medicine having a medoxomil group is suppressed, medicine-containing particles obtained by the manufacturing method, and a pharmaceutical composition and an orally disintegrating tablet including the medicine-containing particles.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of medicine-containing particles includes a melting and granulating process in which medicine-containing particles having: nuclear particles (A) and a coating layer having a medicine (B) which coats nuclear particles (A) and has a medoxomil group, and a compound (C) whose melting point is 50°C to 100°C, HLB value is 6 or less and has an aliphatic hydrocarbon chain with a carbon number of 12 or more are obtained by melting and granulating, medicine-containing particles obtained by the manufacturing method, and a pharmaceutical composition and an orally disintegrating tablet including the medicine-containing particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
