Personal portable devices may, in certain aspects, include at least two compartments, where one compartment comprises a substrate, such as a towel, and the other compartment contains a solvent, such as an anti-microbial solvent or cleansing solvent, where the device introduces or impregnates the solvent into the substrate, and where the substrate of the device can be heated.
