According to the sling bag for carrying a pet of the present invention, a pet can be safely carried by providing a cover part capable of covering the receiving unit, and the receiving part can be appropriately controlled regardless of the size of the pet, thereby improving wearing sensation and safety by providing the tightening string capable of controlling the width of the receiving part. An LED lamp provided at one side of the receive part is controlled to be favorably usable depending on the situation. The LED lamp constitutes a power supply line by the covering part, and thus, in cases where the covering part is not appropriately attached, the turning on or off of the LED lamp is verified, thereby easily confirming whether a pet is safely carried.
