Methods for creating herbicide tolerant plants by the CRISPR/Cas9 system are provided. Also provided are methods for screening endogenous gene mutation sites capable of conferring herbicide resistance in plants and the use of identified endogenous gene mutation sites in crop crosses.ＣＲＩＳＰＲ／Ｃａｓ９システムによる除草剤耐性植物を創出するための方法が提供される。植物において除草剤耐性を付与することができる内在性遺伝子突然変異部位をスクリーニングするための方法および作物交雑における特定された内在性遺伝子突然変異部位の使用も提供される。
