PURPOSE: A high pressure extrusion coarse fodder and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the degeneration of the coarse fodder by the temperature or the humidity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high pressure extrusion coarse fodder comprises the following steps: preparing coarse fodder raw materials capable of feeding to herbivorous animals(S101)； roughly cutting the coarse fodder raw materials before crushing(S103, S105)； extruding the crushed coarse fodder raw materials until the surface of the obtained solid coarse fodder is changed for sterilizing noxious bacteria or fungi(S107)； and steaming the solid coarse fodder using high temperature steam after adding nutrients(S109). The coarse fodder raw materials are selected from rice straws, corn leaves and stems, bean stalks, or peanut shells.본 발명은 고압압출 조사료 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 조사료에 관한 것으로서, 운반 및 보관이 용이하고 장기간의 보관이 가능하며 제품의 가격을 현저하게 낮출 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 초식동물의 조사료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, a) 조사료의 원료를 준비하는 단계와； b) 준비된 조사료 원료를 절단 및 파쇄하는 단계와； c) 파쇄된 조사료 원료를 고압으로 압출하여 고형화하는 단계와； d) 고형화된 고형 조사료를 고온의 수분으로 쪄서 먹기 용이한 상태의 완제품 조사료로 만들어주는 단계를 구비한다.
