Disclosed is an auto injection system. The auto injection system comprises: a body； an auto injector hand piece connected with one side of the body, and injecting a medicine to skin through an injection needle connected with a syringe by operating the syringe； and a cooler hand piece connected with the other side of the body, and used to cool skin before or after feeding a medicine to skin by using the auto injector hand piece. The cooler hand piece comprises: a hand piece housing having an open top end； a skin contact cooling plate disposed at the top end of the hand piece housing, having a top surface exposed to the outside, and having a bottom surface facing the inside of the hand piece housing； and a thermoelectric element coming in contact with the bottom surface of the skin contact cooling plate in the hand piece housing.
