PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that, conventionally, a peripheral edge of a water absorption underpants or water absorption pad is thin, so that a skin of a wearer is subjected to a line contact action, and resulting in sore crotch, and due to it, an incised wound occurs and a symptom is deteriorated, so that a wearer feels pain when wearing the care equipment.SOLUTION: An underbody of a water absorption underpants and a peripheral edge of a water absorption pad are covered with a belt-like cotton, and a cloth which is mild to skin covers there and is stitched. Thereby, line contact becomes surface (cotton) contact, so that even a user wears the care equipment, sore crotch does not occur, and a user can live with comfort everyday.
