The present invention relates to a nursing bed, which comprises: a bed frame, a lower bed plate, an upper bed plate, a bedpan, a hole cover, a mattress, a cleaning device, and a controller. The bedpan is disposed on the bed frame by a positioning rack. The lower bed plate that is disposed on the bed frame is configured with a first through hole at a location corresponding to the bedpan, and a hole cover is provided to shield or expose the first through hole. The ventilating mattress that is disposed on the lower bed plate is configured with a moveable sheet corresponding thereto. When the moveable sheet is moved, with the hole cover, away from the top of the first through hole, the ventilating mattress may be formed with a second through hole right on top of the first through hole. The human hips may defecate toward the bedpan located under the first and second through holes and the hips may be further cleaned by the cleaning device after defecation.
