A drug delivery device includes a housing. The housing contains a syringe, and the syringe includes a container containing a liquid medicament. The container includes an aperture at a distal end and through which the liquid medicament can be dispensed. The syringe includes a stopper within the container. The stopper is moveable between a first longitudinal position and a second longitudinal position relative to the container, to cause dispensing of the liquid medicament through the aperture.
