The present invention provides a grain enhancement system. The system includes a plurality of fortification tanks each containing at least one fortification solution. The system further includes a homogenizer connected to the plurality of enhancement tanks. The homogenizer is adapted to receive at least one fortification solution from a plurality of fortification tanks and produce a homogenized fortification solution. The system further includes an enhanced reactor connected to the homogenizer. The fortification reactor is adapted to receive the homogenized fortification solution from the homogenizer and is adapted to receive the raw food kernel, wherein the homogenization fortification solution is reacted with the raw food grain and preset deaeration conditions； Adsorbing the homogenized fortified solution onto the degassed raw food grain at predetermined controlled ambient adsorption conditions to produce the fortified grain. The system further includes an enhanced solution collection tank connected at one end to the enhancement reactor and at the other end to a homogenizer.
