An occlusion treatment devices and methods are disclosed for treating a body lumen that is at least partially blocked by an occlusion. The occlusion treatment device includes an outer catheter with at least one expandable member, and an inner catheter with a cutting tip to debulk the occlusion. The inner catheter is axially movable through the outer catheter for repositioning between a retracted position, wherein the cutting tip is disposed within a passageway defined by outer catheter, and an advanced position, wherein at least a portion of the cutting tip is exposed from the outer catheter. During use of the occlusion treatment device, the transverse (radial) position of the cutting tip may be altered within the body lumen such that a distance defined between the cutting tip and an inner wall of the body lumen can be controllably varied by a user during a surgical procedure.
