PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental bleaching agent for whitening and desensitizing teeth.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a dental bleaching composition which contains potassium nitrate in an amount of about 0.01% to about 2% of the dental bleaching composition, such that a whitening action of a dental bleaching agent (e.g., carbamide peroxide) is enhanced and that dental sensitivity caused by the dental bleaching agent is reduced, and a carrier which distributes the dental bleaching agent and potassium nitrate.
