The invention relates to spun yarn used in garments without seams, which are preferably used for preventing wounds and/or for covering same, said spun yarn comprising four types of threads: one of chitosan viscose, another of silver-ionised polyamide another being elastic and a fourth and last polyamide thread covering the outer surface of the garment made from the produced spun yarn itself. The threads are characterised in that they are arranged such that, in the spun yarn, a weft of chitosan viscose thread alternates with the thread of silver-ionised polyamide, said wefts joining one in two wefts of the elastic thread.
