Provided herein are oligonucleotides complementary to the euchromatin region of the target gene that are useful for increasing the expression of the target gene； related compositions and methods are also provided. In some embodiments, oligonucleotides are provided that are complementary to these euchromatin regions and have chemistries suitable for delivery, hybridization, and intracellular stability.
