An oral celecoxib formulation, the formulation being a multiple minibeadformulation wherein theminibeads comprise a hydrogel-forming polymer matrix in which are distributedcelecoxib, apolyoxyethylated non-ionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant, the minibeadswhen combined withwater being capable of releasing self-assembly structures comprisingsurfactant and celecoxib.The formulation may be used for treating colorectal cancer, e.g. forinhibiting, reducing or delayingthe initiation and/or progression of colorectal cancer, or for use inreversing colorectal cancer,reducing the burden of colorectal cancer and/or inducing remission ofcolorectal cancer, or forinhibiting, reducing or delaying metastasis of a colorectal cancer.
