The fabric is secured with a material that at least partially covers the plurality of lateral surfaces and covers the support surface. The massaging device is arranged within the adjustable frame and is configured to impart vibration to a mattress disposed on the adjustable frame. The massaging device is fixed to the adjustable frame by a flexible fixture, and the gap between the flexible fixture and the support surface is from about 2 mm to about 10 mm.
