PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst panel trestle capable of performing environment-friendly energy production, while performing farming or livestock farming； and to provide a farming type hydrogen generation method, and a livestock-farming type hydrogen generation method.SOLUTION: A photocatalyst panel trestle 1 has a photocatalyst panel 2 for catalyzing a reaction for decomposing water into hydrogen and oxygen by irradiation of sunlight, and a support trestle 3 for supporting the photocatalyst panel attachably at a fixed height from the ground surface.
