PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period to determine a color sense and reduce a psychological burden on a subject.SOLUTION: A note PC with a touch panel display for displaying an image displays on the touch panel display a background 41 comprising plural colors and a character patch 42 in which colors vary on a confusing color line corresponding to the colors of the background 41.
