The present invention relates to a three-dimensional artificial eye generation method, a computer program for performing the same, and a three-dimensional artificial eye generation system. The three-dimensional artificial eye generation method comprises the steps of: extracting, by a computer, data of a first eyeball of a patient from a scan image acquired through a three-dimensional scanner； and generating modeling data of a second eyeball by using the extracted surface data of the first eyeball, wherein the data of the first eyeball includes the depth, width, color, scleral length, iris diameter, pupil diameter, and central thickness of the first eyeball, the first eyeball is a normal eyeball of the patient, and the second eyeball is a damaged eyeball of the patient.La présente invention concerne un procédé de génération d'œil artificiel tridimensionnel, un programme informatique pour la mise en œuvre de celui-ci et un système de génération d'œil artificiel tridimensionnel.
