PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation for the warm water sterilization of seed rice, preventing the seed rice from being infected with germs after the warm water treatment of the seed rice.SOLUTION: The installation for the warm water sterilization of the seed rice is obtained by arranging a warm water vessel 1 for sterilizing the seed rice by soaking a seed rice container 9 at the center, arranging an operation region 2 of the seed rice container 9 at one side, and a cooling vessel 3 for cooling the seed rice by soaking the seed rice container 9 taken out from the warm water vessel 1 at the other side so as to sandwitch the warm water vessel 1, and installing a seed rice container-lifting, lowering and conveying device 7 at the upper side of these warm water vessel 1, operation region 2 of the seed rice container 9, and cooling vessel 3. As a result, the infection of other healthy seed rice with the germs by the seed rice conveyed to the following treating step without being sterilized is prevented because the untreated seed rice does not pass the upper part of the cooling vessel 3, and there is no risk of dropping the germs attached to the seed rice onto the cooling vessel 3 when the untreated seed rice passes the upper part of the cooling vessel 3 because the untreated seed rice does not pass the upper part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】種籾の温湯処理後に種籾が菌に感染することを防ぐ種籾温湯殺菌設備を提供すること。【解決手段】中央に種籾コンテナ9を浸漬して種籾の殺菌を行うための温湯槽1を配置し、温湯槽1を挟んで、その一方の側に種籾コンテナ9の作業領域2、その他方の側に温湯槽1から取り出した種籾コンテナ9を浸漬して種籾を冷却するための冷却槽3を配置し、これら温湯槽1、種籾コンテナ9の作業領域2及び冷却槽3の上方には種籾コンテナ昇降搬送装置7を設けた種籾温湯殺菌設備であり、未処理種籾が冷却槽3の上を通過する事が無く、前記通過時に種籾に付着した菌が冷却槽3に落下するおそれがないので、殺菌されないまま後の処理工程に種籾が搬送されて、他の健康な種籾が菌に感染することを防ぐことができる。【選択図】図1
