PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater LED illumination device capable of effectively dissipating heat from an LED element in water.SOLUTION: An underwater LED illumination device 10, in which a through-hole 21 that penetrates from one end to the other end, has a cooling tube 20 having a plurality of outer surfaces 22, and an LED panel 30 including a plurality of LED elements 32, which is attached to the outer surfaces 22 of the cooling tube 20.
