The system (1) for the steam-peeling of products comprises a rotatable pressure vessel (2) having a wall (3) which surrounds a pressure space (4) of the pressure vessel (4). The at least one agitation member (21) comprises at least one agitation member of a first type, which is connected to the wall and comprises an agitation body (21) that, viewed in a cross section, has a convex shape and, together with the wall (3) of the pressure vessel (2), surrounds a cavity (31). On the front side of the agitation member of the first type (21), at least one flow opening (26) is provided in the agitation body (21) and/or between the agitation body (21) and the wall (3).
