PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid formulation device capable of performing highly accurate formulation of a large amount of formulation liquid even when using a small-size device.SOLUTION: A liquid formulation device includes: a storage container body fitting part (4) which can attach and detach a plurality of storage container bodies (5) made by forming an internal space (Va) capable of storing liquid (K) a nozzle fitting part (TB) which is disposed so as to correspond to each of the plurality of storage container bodies (5) and makes a plurality of nozzle parts (7) for ejecting the liquid (K) from ejection ports (7ag) via opening and closing valves (7b) attachable and detachable and a sample mounting part (21a) which mounts a storage container for storing liquid (K) ejected from one nozzle part selected from the plurality of nozzle parts (7).
