A nasal delivery device and method for delivering substance to the middlemeatus in anasal cavity of a subject in the treatment of a condition, in particular aninflammatory orinfectious condition, the delivery device comprising: a nosepiece unit (17)including anosepiece (20) for fitting to a nostril of a subject and a nozzle (25) throughwhichsubstance is in use delivered to the respective nasal cavity； and a deliveryunit (29) fordelivering substance through the nozzle of the nosepiece； wherein the deliverydevice isconfigured such that at least 50 % of the dose as initially deposited in thenasal airway isdeposited in a region of the nasal cavity which is posterior of the nasalvalve and at least30 % of the dose as initially deposited in the nasal cavity is deposited in anupperposterior region of the nasal cavity which is posterior of the nasal valve andabove theinferior meatus.
