[Solution] In the present invention, light emitted from a matrix light emitting diode unit 12 enters a subject eye through a liquid crystal shutter 16 and a main optical system 14. The light emitting diode unit 12 has a plurality of light emitting diode elements 12b, 12b, … which are arranged in a matrix and have the same specifications.
