The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rope for a stow net, which is formed to prevent a wire rope constituting the rope for a stow net from being corroded by seawater. According to the present invention, the rope for a stow net comprises: a wire rope arranged in the center and consisting of wire bundles； a synthetic resin layer with a thickness of 1.5-2.5 mm formed on the outer part and made of polyurethane and polyethylene； and 20-40 strands of natural fiber ropes with diameters of 1.5-3 mm embedded in the synthetic resin layer and made of jute, cotton, Manila hemp, sisal, etc. The natural fiber rope is embedded by half of the diameter, and the rest thereof is exposed. According to the rope for a stow net in the present invention, the wire rope is completely embedded in the synthetic resin layer and thus can be completely protected from seawater and prevented from being corroded. Accordingly, there is an economic effect that the rope for a stow net can be used without repair for a long period of time. 20-40 strands of the natural fiber ropes are partially embedded in the outer part of the synthetic resin layer and partially exposed, thereby preventing the rope for a stow net from be slid in use.
