Accordingly, it is possible to obtain time series data in which wobbling-like fluctuation peculiar to a low frequency living body displacement signal is emphasized by determining an emphasis displacement inclination from an original displacement inclination and an average displacement inclination even when vibration or the like transmitted from a road surface during traveling of a car is contained in the displacement signal data collected by the displacement signal collection sensor 10.
