The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for wound healing containing gallic acid, a derivative thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The gallic acid of the present invention is a natural product-derived compound, has no cytotoxicity, exhibits a significant wound healing effect not only in a general environment but also in a hyperglycemic environment. Therefore, the gallic acid is usefully used as a composition for wound healing, or a composition for healing diabetic ulcer.본 발명은 갈릭산(gallic acid), 이의 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 창상 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 갈릭산은 천연물 유래 화합물로 세포독성이 없고, 일반적인 환경뿐만 아니라, 고혈당 환경에서도 유의적인 상처치료 효과를 나타내므로, 창상 치료용 조성물, 또는 당뇨성 궤양 치료용 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
