Use of 4- [2- (5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) -4-chlorophenoxy] -5-chloro-2-fluoro-N- (1,3-thiazol-4-yl) benzenesulfonamide or its pharmaceutically an acceptable salt for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disease associated with elevated levels of uric acid in the blood. 5. The use of claim 4, wherein the disease associated with elevated levels of uric acid in the blood is hyperuricemia.
