The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition which includes natural minerals containing crystal, quartz, topaz, tourmaline, yellow soil stones, perlite, and diatomite, thereby having excellent moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, anti-aging, and whitening effects, and improving preservation and stability of cosmetics.
