PURPOSE: A feed composition for pigs including cinnamon, and a producing method of pork being fed thereof are provided to produce the functional pork having excellent storage property. CONSTITUTION: A feed composition for pigs contains 7-9wt% of cinnamon or 4-6wt% of processed powder of a cinnamon hot water extract. The processed powder of the cinnamon hot water extract is obtained by the following steps: mixing the cinnamon and water in a weight ratio of 1:200, and hot water-extracting the cinnamon at 100 deg C for an hour； mixing the cinnamon hot water extract with silicate as an absorber to obtain a cinnamon absorbed material； and mixing the cinnamon absorbed material with barley bran as an excipient, and drying and pulverizing the mixture.본 발명은 웅취 제거 효과, 기능성 및 저장성이 우수한 돈육을 생산하기 위한 계피 포함 사료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 돈육의 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법에 따라 사육된 돼지는 웅취가 제거되어 관능미가 우수할 뿐만 아니라 돼지 혈액 내 면역물질 함량이 높으며 몸에 나쁜 LDL콜레스테롤, 포화지방산 및 성인병을 유발한다고 알려진 오메가 6:3의 함량이 급격히 낮아지는 효과가 있어 기능성 측면이나 기호성에서 우수한 고품질 제품이므로, 사육 농가들의 소득 향상에 기여하며 대외경쟁력을 향상시켜 수출 증대를 꾀할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
