The present specification describes an oil-in-water (O/W) type emulsion cosmetic composition, wherein the O/W type composition contains: a branched-chain polymer having a lipophilic alkyl chain as a side branch or a carbomer； and a double-spheroid type polymer amphiphilic anisotropic powder having one side with hydrophilicity and the other side with hydrophobicity, wherein the powder has a structure in which the other side with hydrophobicity partially permeates into the one side with hydrophilicity to form a core of the one side with hydrophilicity, and wherein a shell of the one side with hydrophilicity comprises a functional group.본 명세서는 친유성 알킬 사슬을 곁가지로 갖는 분지쇄형 고분자 또는 카보머； 및 친수성 일방 및 소수성 타방으로 이루어진 이중 스페로이드형 고분자 양친매성 이방성 분체；를 포함하는 수중유형(O/W) 유화 조성물로,상기 분체는 소수성 타방이 상기 친수성 일방의 내부로 부분적으로 침투하여 친수성 일방의 코어를 형성하는 구조이며, 상기 친수성 일방의 쉘은 관능기를 포함하는, 수중유형 유화 화장료 조성물에 관하여 기술한다.
