The required curves, in the branches of fruit trees, are set by means of a weight (1),with the member (2) to attach the weight securely to a branch.The weight is suspended from the branch in such a way as to obtain the desired inclination,which is greater than forty five degrees from the vertical, to obtain the maximum sun. The attachment hook consists of securing pin (2), provided at one end with crook (5) by which the weight is suspended from the branch and ,at the other end,the pin is provided with a shaped length (6),which is used to retain the weight on the pin.The pin is passed through the hole (3) in the centre of the weight and then it is hung over the branch. USE/ADVANTAGE-It provides a simple and secure way of attaching a weight to the branch to produce the required inclination or curvature.
