PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a heat source distribution.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat flow sensor for detecting a predetermined heat source distribution under a skin of a living body. The heat flow sensor is constituted so as to comprise: a plurality of heat transfer elements 320 interposing heat insulating materials 330 among the plurality of heat transfer elements 320 adjacent to one another and being disposed in a planar shape and detection sections for outputting signals in accordance with vertical temperature differences of individual heat transfer elements 320.
