PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection unit composed in compactness and for highly accurately detecting radiation, and to provide a PET/MRI integral apparatus having it.SOLUTION: The PET/MRI integral apparatus includes the radiation detection unit 40. The radiation detection unit 40 includes a scintillator block 46, a light guide 48, and PSPMT 50. The scintillator block 46 includes a plurality of scintillators 52 having an emission face 52a. The light guide 48 is composed by connecting a first guide block 54 including a plurality of first guides 58 and a second guide block 56 including a plurality of second guides 60.
