PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for determining the condition of human body obtaining the posture change as the minimum necessary data and determining the human body condition suitably.SOLUTION: In the apparatus for determining the condition of human body, an electromagnetic wave is transmitted by using of an electromagnetic wave generator 101 and a transmitter 102, reflected on a measuring subject person M, and received by a receiver 103, and the breath activity of the measuring subject person M is detected by a time change detector 106 from the time change of amplitude value of the receiving signal. The change amount of each gas component is measured by a breath condition measuring part 107 from the time change of amplitude value of the receiving signal of each gas component in breath of the measuring subject person M, and the condition of the measuring subject person M is estimated by a load estimating part 108 from the change amount of each measured gas component about the detected breath activity.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】姿勢の変化を最小限として必要なデータを取得し、適切に人体状態を判定することができる人体状態判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】人体状態判定装置においては、電磁波発生器101及び送信器102を用いて送信されて計測対象人物Mによって反射した電磁波を受信器103によって受信すると、受信信号の振幅値の時間変化に基づいて、時間変化検出部106によって計測対象人物Mの呼吸活動を検出するとともに、計測対象人物Mの呼気の気体成分毎の受信信号の振幅値の時間変化に基づいて、呼吸状態計測部107によって気体成分毎の変化量を計測し、検出した呼吸活動についての計測した気体成分毎の変化量に基づいて、計測対象人物Mの状態を負荷推定部108によって推定する。【選択図】図1
