The present invention relates to a fixture for a dental implant to reduce a coupling resistance while providing a self-tapping function. According to the present invention, the fixture comprises: a body part having a coupling hole formed therein to be coupled to an abutment； a first section part including a thread formed on the circumferential surface of the body part, wherein the thread is formed at a portion, from which insertion into a drilled formed in the jawbone is started, in the body part and has a shape for self-tapping； a second section part inserted after the first section part and having the smaller diameter than that of the first section part to reduce the coupling force； and a third section part inserted after the second section part and formed to increase the coupling force with the jawbone.
