PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chemoembolization treatment compositions for delivery of anti-angiogenic agents, and production methods thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides a chemoembolization treatment composition for delivery of an anti-angiogenic agent useful for treating solid tumor cancers, where the anti-angiogenic agent, e.g., sunitinib and imatinib, is loaded in an anionic drug eluting bead such as a sulphonate-modified polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel bead and a carboxyl-modified polyvinyl alcohol-co-sodium acrylate bead.
