PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform separation production of sesamolin from a refuse that is called deodorization scum by high purity, efficiently, simply and by inexpensive price.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of separation production of sesamolin from deodorization scum generated in a deodorization process of sesame oil production. The method of separation production of sesamolin includes: (1) a pretreatment process that produces an extract concentrate of sesamolin and that includes a process in which deodorization scum is left at rest, a liquid part of the upper layer is contacted with an aqueous ethyl alcohol solution, then a supernatant fluid is recovered and (2) a concentration column treating process that produces a column concentrate of sesamolin and that includes a process (a) in which the extract concentrate of sesamolin is adsorbed to a porous adsorbent, a process (b) in which the adsorbent is contacted with different concentration ethyl alcohol, and a process (c) in which acetone is performed by liquid passing to the adsorbent, and adsorbed sesamolin is eluted to recover sesamolin.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】脱臭スカムという廃棄物から、高純度で効率的に、かつ簡単、安価にセサモリンを分離製造すること。【解決手段】 ゴマ油製造の脱臭工程で生じる脱臭スカムよりセサモリンを分離製造する方法であって、(1)脱臭スカムを静置し、その上層の液状部分をエチルアルコール水溶液と接触させた後、上澄み液を回収する工程を含むセサモリンの抽出濃縮物を製造する前処理工程、および(2)前記セサモリンの抽出濃縮物を多孔質の吸着材に吸着させる工程(a)、吸着材に異なる濃度のエチルアルコールと接触させる工程(b)、および吸着剤にアセトンを通液して吸着しているセサモリン溶出し、セサモリンを回収する工程(c)を含むセサモリンのカラム濃縮物を製造する濃縮カラム処理工程、を具備したことを特徴とするセサモリンを分離製造する方法。【選択図】 なし
