Disclosed is a magnetic maneuvering system of a capsule endoscope, comprising a capsule endoscope, a ring-shaped coupling member and a control device. The ring-shaped coupling member is adapted to cover the exterior surface of the capsule endoscope and has multiple magnetic passive members disposed thereon, whereas the control device has corresponding magnetic active members for controlling the magnetic passive members of the ring-shaped coupling member, thereby allowing the capsule endoscope to move or rotate in a living body with respect to the passive members.
